中国的汽车销售量在2009年1月可能已经首次超过美国，但汽车经销商却正勒紧腰带，因为预计今年汽车行业的销售量会继续下降。

立中车轮的销售收入自2002年来，以每年20％的速度增长。

但它上月宣布，其08财年全球的车轮销售增速降低至1.2％。

其08财年车轮销售额为9.166亿元人民币。

国内方面，对中国领先铝合金车轮制造商的销售比去年同期减少8％。

据派驻在上海的大华继显分析师焦杨在上月的一份报告中指出，好消息是：“立中车轮在出口方面依然做得不错，因为它从一些已停止运作的外国竞争者手中取得了市场份额。”

除中国以外的亚洲地区,如像日本和韩国,都表现出了良好的出口增长势头。这些地区08财年的销售收入增长了约65％，达到7350万元人民币。

欧洲是下一个表现最好的地区。该地区的销售收入比去年同期增长36％，达到1.66亿元人民币。

对日本和韩国出口的增长抵消了在中国销售的萎缩（立中最大的市场）。


由于受到大萧条以来，最严重的金融危机影响，美国1月份的汽车销售比去年同期下跌37％，达到26年来的最低水平656,976辆。

而汽车行业的困境导致立中车轮08财年对美国的出口销售减少了24％。

中国汽车市场近年来急剧增长。年销售额在2006年超越日本，成为世界第二。 

然而，根据中国汽车工业协会（CAAM）统计显示，相对于中国2008年1月86万辆的新车销售记录，2009年1月下降约15％为73.5万辆。

去年，中国汽车销售市场增长6.7％，为938万辆汽车,自1999年以来增幅首次低于10％。

中国汽车工业协会将其原来对2009年中国汽车市场的增长预测下调至10％以下，低于先前预测的20％。

2008财政年度，车轮制造商的股东可分配利润比去年同期下降49％至人民币5340万元。

营运现金净流量增长四倍，达到人民币1.113亿元。毛本债比为1.6倍。

“为了刺激销售，我们将争取更多的客户，以及推出更多的车轮设计。”

立中车轮执行主席藏立根在最近一次接受NextInsight的采访中说道。 

藏先生补充说，现在每年都有七、八十款的新型设计被立刻商业化。而过去每年只有五、六十款。

该车轮生产商还决定推迟天津工厂第二和第三阶段的资本支出。 

在内蒙古的工厂完成后，公司的年总产量将达到660万个车轮。

为了刺激正在衰退的汽车市场，中国政府已经推出措施以促进汽车销售。

其中包括：

1）  从2009年1月20日至12月31日，对1.6升及以下排量乘用车减按5%征收车辆购置税。

2）  从09年3月1日到年底国家安排50亿对农民报废三轮汽车和低速货车换购轻型载货车及购买1.3升以下排量的微型客车给予一次性财政补贴。

3）  在未来3年，安排100亿人民币用于促进汽车制造商的技术升级和发展替代能源车辆。

4）  在2009年，增加老旧车辆报废更新补贴资金至人民币1亿元。

这些措施的效应正在体现出来――中国汽车市场出现反弹，2009年2月的销售额比去年同期增长12％。

立中车轮将从更高的更换需求、拥车率和运输车辆的使用中受益。 

大华继显上个月重申其对立中车轮的买入评级，目标股价为23分新币。

公司股票近日交易平淡,收盘价为15分新币。
