鲍鱼养殖公司欧圣集团和背包、箱包生产商中国箱包国际有限公司最近都传出好消息，使得两家公司的股价上涨。

截止于09年4月26日下午，欧圣股价上涨3.508%至0.295元新币，中国箱包股价上涨12.00%至0.280元新币。

新资金注入和加入新指数使欧圣获得更多关注

欧圣最近宣布，它已成功获得两家私募股权投资基金高达7350万新币的资金注入。

分别是Ocean Wonder International Ltd（这是殷库资本第三支亚洲私募基金的全资子公司）和华璞毅恒资本（新加坡）有限公司。

他们是作为战略投资者加入该公司。

 世界上最大的陆上优质日本鲍鱼养殖商欧圣集团的执行主席说道：“在目前财政紧缩和经济不确定的困难时刻，我们非常高兴地宣布，两家投资公司对这次融资活动是很坚定的。”

 该公司正在上海建立一个全新的鲍鱼餐饮连锁企业：阿一天下。

 欧圣还被告知，它将在2009年5月29日闭市后成为摩根士丹利资本国际新加坡小型股指数（MSCI Singapore Small Cap Index）的成份股。

 欧圣的内陆网箱鲍鱼养殖场位于中国的福建和广东两省。

欧圣使用经过良好设计的生产系统和流程，小心控制优质鲍鱼的生长环境，以保证它们的成长、存活和繁殖。

 通过大规模的养殖和严格的质量控制措施，欧圣能全年供应稳定的高质量日本品种鲍鱼。

中国箱包是被一个重要会议邀请参与的四家新加坡上市公司之一

中国箱包国际有限公司是中国领先的背包制造商。

它应中银国际（Bank of China International）之邀，参加其在中国西南城市成都举办的2009年第七届中银国际投资者年会。 

该盛事从09年5月21日开始，为期2天。新加坡上市公司中只有四家被邀请参会。

该活动有300多名的投资者和基金经理参加，其中有大约50位的QDII投资者。

中国箱包位于福建省，自主生产“达派”品牌的背包和拉杆箱。

在此次活动中，公司将进行一系列的关于公司业务、投资价值、发展前景和策略的一对一会议和小组会议。

“我们非常高兴地接受中银国际的邀请，来参加此次盛大的投资者年会。

“与会者有许多是在新加坡、香港、上海、深圳交易所上市的其他行业的领军公司。

根据Frost & Sullivan的报告显示，中国箱包在2006年占有中国背包35.8%的市场份额。
