NextInsight was co-founded in mid-2007 by Leong Chan Teik, a former Straits Times senior correspondent, and Kathy Zhang, founder and MD of Financial PR.
NextInsight's work:
a) Cover selected briefings organized by listed companies for analysts and fund managers;
b) Cover selected overseas trips organized for analysts and fund managers;
c) Interview managements of listed companies;
d) Write analysis of corporate developments, including financial results;
e) Provide an online platform (click INVESTOR FORUM on the top left-hand corner of this page);
f) Publish the Chinese version of selected NextInsight articles translated by our staff in Xiamen.
Chan Teik was a journalist for 18 years with The Straits Times, where he won several in-house awards for excellence. He also received the SIAS Financial Journalist of the Year 2002 accolade. (SIAS stands for Securities Investors Association of Singapore).

NextInsight’s senior writer and photographer is Sim Kih, who was an investor relations consultant for several years after working in equity sales at OSK-DMG & Partners. She has passed all her Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) examinations.
