Dear Forummers,

I have long warned readers to be careful about the proposed delisting of this Company. I have never in my years of works seen a Company publicly announcing its plans to delist without even confirming whether it is possible legally and whether the Company has sufficient funds to do the exercise.

I like to know who is the FA to this delisting project. Shows a lack of experience and professionalism in the handling of this project.

I am wondering too why the drop in share price. Sigh...don't tell me the delisting plan is gonna be shelved??????

Today, China Animal Heathcare dropped to low of $0.25 but close at $0.26. Anybody knows why and its status on delisting. Their results for 1H looks ok.  Tks.
