Derek Goh, executive chairman & CEO, bought 7.452 million Serial shares in 1Q of this year -- after scooping up 7.295 million shares in the 2H of last year.
THIS SATURDAY, Serial System will hold its AGM – the third year of AGMs on a Saturday morning.

While Derek Goh is the largest shareholder, the No.2 is Sam Goi, the Popiah King (see screenshot below of annual report)
